Hello everyone.
It’s a slightly long message, but we would request a few minutes of your time to read it. 🙏
🙏 INTERFACE HEIGHTS GANESH UTSAV 2026 🙏
🌺 A journey of Dharma, Karma & Community Building🌺
As IHGU 2026 comes to an end, it’s difficult to sum up five days that gave us so many memories.
This year, the thought behind the celebrations was simple - Dharma is doing our part and caring for those around us. Karma is what we do with that opportunity.
And honestly, we saw both in abundance.
The Arrival of Bappa 🙏🥁✨
The arrival of Bappa began with days of anticipation, preparation and devotion. When He finally arrived, that anticipation turned into pure joy and euphoria-celebrated with music, dhol, dance and countless smiles. It was a beautiful moment that brought everyone together, turning devotion into a shared celebration of happiness, tradition and community and that marked the auspicious beginning of our Festivites.
🌼 DAY 1 - TOGETHERNESS
We began with Ganpati Sthapna, Pooja and Aarti, followed by the children’s art activity, which beautifully became part of our pandal. The evening brought everyone together over Aarti, food stalls and Housie.
🌼 DAY 2 - LEARNING & SHARING
From Capoeira and photography to digital safety, women’s safety, creative workshops and the children’s movie evening - it was a day of learning, participation and families spending time together.
🌼 DAY 3 - CULTURE, NATURE & RESPONSIBILITY
Warli art, our Tree Plantation Drive, storytelling and Shlokas, Sound Healing, music and Housie - a day that reminded us that our responsibility extends beyond ourselves, to our culture, our environment and the generations after us.
🌼 DAY 4 - LEARNING, REFLECTION & COMMUNITY
Flute learning, Satyanarayan Katha, the beautiful Shadow Puppet Show, Aarti, Mahaprasadam and Movie Night made it another wonderful day of coming together.
🌼 DAY 5 - GRATITUDE & LETTING GO
And then came the big finale - Bappa’s Visarjan.
After morning Aarti, Origami and Pottery workshops, we came together for the spectacular Flash Mob and the rocking Visarjan Yatra.
As Bappa left, we were reminded of a simple lesson - whatever we receive is also an opportunity to give back.
And finally Community - 🤌🏻 👫
⭐ THE REAL CELEBRATION WAS YOU - Community is incomplete without each one of you.⭐
Across these five days, we saw children participate with excitement, families come together, neighbours become friends and volunteers step forward whenever something needed to be done.
That, to us, is the real spirit of Dharma, Karma and Seva.
Do your part.
Help each other.
Respect our surroundings.
Share what you can.
And leave the community a little better than you found it.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to every member of the Interface Heights family - for participating, encouraging, helping, appreciating and simply being there.
Every helping hand, every contribution, every smile and every moment shared made IHGU 2026 what it became.
As we say goodbye to Bappa, we take back more than memories. We take back the bonds we made and the spirit of togetherness that we created.
And if, in the process, we have unknowingly hurt anyone’s sentiments or inconvenienced anyone in any way, we sincerely ask for your forgiveness and understanding. 🙏
🌺 IHGU 2026 ends, but the spirit of our community continues. 🌺
And yes… we already have one promise to make:
❤️ IHGU 2027 WILL RETURN
BIGGER, GRANDER, MORE INCLUSIVE & EVEN MORE SPECTACULAR! ❤️
Until then, let’s keep the spirit of Dharma, Karma, Seva and Togetherness alive - not just during Ganpati, but throughout the year.
🙏 Ganpati Bappa Morya!
🌺 Pudhchya Varshi Lavkar Ya! 🌺
With love and gratitude,
Team IHGU
